Privatization ka matlab hai ki sarkari udyog aur sthaniya sarkar ke aspaas ke vibhag ya upkram, jinhe sarkar dwara sanchalit kiya jaata hai, ko niji sector mein transfer kar diya jaata hai. Yeh prakriya, sarkari udyogon aur sarkari upkramon ko niji sector ke haath mein dene ka ek prakar hai.

Aaj kal, Privatization ki zarurat mehsus hoti hai, kyonki yeh ek prabhavi tareeka hai, jisse sarkari udyogon aur sarkari upkramon ko adhik efektiv banaya ja sakta hai. Yeh kaamkaj ki prakriya mein sudhar lata hai aur sarkari udyogon aur upkramon ko profit-oriented banaata hai. Niji sector mein, kathin se kathin mudde ko suljhane ke liye adhik samay aur dhan kharcha karne ke badle, yeh mudde jaldi se hal karne ke liye tezi se kaam karta hai.

Privatization ki mumkin kshetron mein shamil hote hain:

  1. Sarkari udyog aur vyapar
  2. Sarkari banks aur asuraksha companies
  3. Sarkari upkramon jaise ki rail, saarvajanik pariyojanaen, jala sanrakshan aur swachhta adi

Privatization ke sath hi kuchh samasya bhi judi hui hai, jo is prakriya ko kaafi mushkil banaati hai. Kuchh samasyaen hain:

  1. Niji sector ke liye sabhi suvidhaen upalabdh nahin hoti hain.
  2. Niji sector mein aavesh kaafi mehenga ho sakta hai, kyonki sarkari udyogon aur upkramon ko niji sector mein transfer karne se pehle unhein theek kiya jaana hota hai, jo ki kaafi kharchila hota hai.
  3. Sthaniya sarkar ko revenue loss ho sakta hai.
  4. Niji sector ke adhikarikon ke sath corruption ka samna kiya jaana pad sakta hai.

Yeh sabhi samasyaen, Privatization ki sahi tarah se niti banane aur prabhavi tarah se sahi kriyakalapon ke madhyam se unhein suljhaane ka prayas karne se hal ho sakti hain.
